An idea often begins with a piece of vintage jewelry, or with an instinctive modern silhouette I wish existed.

I started Gilt Theory because I couldn’t find fine jewelry that felt truly considered—pieces where every proportion, detail, and iteration had been thoughtfully refined. Jewelry made with the intention of lasting a lifetime, both in quality and in design.

I wanted that level of thoughtfulness to exist at a price that felt accessible. And I wanted to know there was a real person behind the piece—someone who cared deeply about how it was made and would stand behind the design.
